I can't believe some of you are still worried about Kershaw! Now that the reason for the playoff crap has come out you're still in here worried about him. He's still plenty good guys. Smh... Kershaw's arm isn't what it used to be for sure. It's suffered wear and tear since high school. Dr Mike Marshall explains that on his website, drmikemarshall.com and he knows what he's talking about, having a doctorate in kinesiology. Kershaw is a good mlb starter, no longer great. Coughing up those two homers on consecutive pitches has no doubt taken a big toll on his confidence and you can be sure he's beat himself up about it all winter. Though Roberts deserves most of the blame, Kershaw should've known how to pitch to both Rendon and Soto. He's reinventing himself and it'll be interersting how he does in '20. And it’s not like he’s been anywhere close to his regular season self when it comes to the postseason. Sure - it’s easy to give him a “pass” for the game in Houston and maybe even the ones against the Sox. But since coming up in 2008, he has had far more “clunkers” in October than any other time period in his career. How a guy that is unhittable and has a regular season ERA in the low twos suddenly sees that double in October is truly one of those mysteries that we may never get an answer to. If it’s a mental thing, then there’s no reason to believe it’s suddenly going to disappear, especially after the Nats series last year. I feel for the dude - I truly do. He was “larger than life” when I met him in Vero that final season there. And even though he didn’t make it up until later that season, he was like Gretzky - you just KNEW he was going to be one of the great ones. But for whatever reason and unlike guys like Koufax, Sutton, Hershiser and so many other Dodger and non-Dodger greats, there’s something that triggers him to a different pitcher in October. And he’s certainly had enough opportunities to get his head straight and improve his postseason record and ERA. But for whatever reason, it just seems to implode and worsen. He’s a first ballot HOF’er, without a doubt. Maybe even unanimous. But like Dan Marino, he’ll go in with that stigma that he “never won the BIG one”. He’s an extremely religious guy and pours millions of his time and money into his charities, which is also truly admirable. He has stayed loyal to the only team and uniform he has ever donned. I honestly hope with all my might that he gets that ugly smoking monkey off his back and throws five or six complete game shutouts this October. But I’d be a fool to bet on it. GO DODGERS!!!

Who wouldn't be stoked to be playing for the Dodgers in LA? We had that hiccup under McCourt where we could be looked at as a second rate market club. But since then? I don't see it. Anyone who doesn't want to play for a perennial contender in a market that draws 4,000,000 fans can go pound sand. I don't want that guy on my team.

Now here it is on our Dodger board. Too funny! GO DODGERS!!!

Clevinger out with torn knee miniscus needing surgery. Nows the time to pounce on Lindor, lol. Indians aren't going to win this year, division or wild card. Twins and probably Chicago gonna leapfrog them. May as well get rid of Lindor now while his price is still high enough to get a max return. Imagine having Bellinger, Lindor and Betts on the same team. Obviously not gonna happen, but damn that would be sweet!

Yes, I'm well aware of his past injuries, but I believe he's worked all winter to "play thru the pain", and put the injuries behind him. I agree the Natives won't win without their ace, and might finish 3rd. Both the Twins and Sox have been pretty busy this winter.

Wasn’t LA trying to do some sort of package deal for Clevinger and Lindor earlier around the winter meetings? Thinking it might have included one or two of our regulars as well as a couple of our future studs. Dodged a bullet on that one. GO DODGERS!!!
