I don't even want to know why I keep nodding off. Before, I couldn't sleep.
The Dodgers battled back & won in the bottom of the 9th, 6-5. The top four hitters in the lineup went 10-20 / .500-1-6 w/ 5 runs scored. Wait till Mookie gets back.

Dodgers' Teoscar Hernandez: Walk-off hero Tuesday Rotowire 12 HRS AGO Hernandez went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Diamondbacks.
Hernandez plated the Dodgers' first two runs and then helped them finish off the back-and-forth game with a walk-off single in the ninth. This was his first multi-hit effort in seven contests -- he'd gone just 2-for-23 (.087) over his previous six games. Hernandez is up to .254/.316/.480 slash line with 18 home runs, 58 RBI, 44 runs scored, four stolen bases, 17 doubles and a triple through 84 contests.
Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani: Homer among three hits in win Rotowire 12 HRS AGO Ohtani went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run, a double and an additional run scored in Tuesday's 6-5 win over the Diamondbacks.
Ohtani was a triple shy of the cycle in another impressive game from atop the order. Over his last 20 games, the superstar has slugged 12 homers and driven in 23 runs while batting .351 (26-for-74). He's been outstanding all year and seems to be getting better with his recent performance. Ohtani has a .320/.402/.646 slash line with 27 long balls, 64 RBI, 69 runs scored and 16 stolen bases through 83 contests.
Dodgers' Evan Phillips: Nabs win Tuesday Rotowire 13 HRS AGO Phillips (1-0) allowed a run on one hit and struck out one over one inning but earned the win Tuesday over the Diamondbacks.
Phillips gave up a tie-breaking solo home run to Joc Pederson in the top of the ninth inning, but the Dodgers replied with two runs of their own in the bottom of the frame. The homer was just the second Phillips has allowed all year, though this was the second outing in a row he's been scored on. The right-hander is at a 2.10 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 27:8 K:BB with 13 saves and a hold over 25.2 innings this season.
Dodgers' Bobby Miller: Goes five innings in no-decision Rotowire 13 HRS AGO Miller allowed two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out four over five innings in a no-decision versus the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.
Miller was responsible for a game-tying two-run home run by Christian Walker in the fourth inning. This was Miller's third start since he returned from shoulder inflammation, but he's given up 10 runs over 13.1 innings with a 7:9 K:BB across those outings. Overall, he's at a 6.12 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 25:15 K:BB through 25 innings over six starts this season. Miller is still likely trying to find a rhythm after a two-month absence. With his next start projected to be against either Milwaukee or Philadelphia -- the other two National League division leaders besides the Dodgers -- fantasy managers may want to take a wait-and-see approach with Miller in the short term.
Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw: Returns to throwing Rotowire 20 HRS AGO Kershaw (shoulder) has started throwing again Tuesday after experiencing shoulder soreness last week, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.
After being shut down for one week due to feeling soreness in his surgically repaired shoulder, Kershaw said he was relieved an MRI didn't reveal any new damage. The southpaw added that he received some shots to help alleviate discomfort and that he is hopeful the pause in his rehab will not push his return timeline back too much.

Stone in Love hit the showers early. Four runs & 77 pitches in just three innings of work.
Pen surrenders another four (so far!).
We used to dominate these bozos. Seems like the tide has turned lately.
GO DODGERS!!!

Stone was due for a bad game. Pitching is the reason why the Dodgers have a comfortable lead in a weak division. But they need more than the top 5 guys in the batting order hitting and driving in runs. Taylor, Barnes, Kike, Heyward and Lux have to step it up. Remember, this Dodger team was supposed to go to the WS. With 5 guys hitting .217 to .167 the WS is only a pipe dream.

Dodgers' Miguel Rojas: Resting Thursday Rotowire 7 MINS AGO Rojas isn't in the Dodgers' lineup for Thursday's game against Arizona.
After going 1-for-7 through the first two games of the series, Rojas will ride the pine for the series finale Thursday. His absence will allow Enrique Hernandez to start at shortstop, batting eighth.
Dodgers' Will Smith: Sitting down Thursday Rotowire 10 MINS AGO Smith isn't in the Dodgers' lineup for Thursday's game against the Diamondbacks.
Smith went 0-for-3 with a walk and a run scored during Wednesday's loss, and he'll get a breather during Thursday's rubber match. Austin Barnes will start at catcher instead and bat ninth.
Dodgers' Michael Petersen: Optioned to Triple-A Rotowire 3 HRS AGO The Dodgers optioned Petersen to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.
Petersen allowed four runs over two relief innings Wednesday versus the Diamondbacks, so he's being sent out in favor of a fresh arm. Nick Ramirez will absorb his roster spot.
Dodgers' Nick Ramirez: Recalled from OKC Rotowire 3 HRS AGO The Dodgers recalled Ramirez from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday.
Ramirez hasn't pitched in the majors since May 16, though he has posted a 3.09 ERA and 1.29 WHIP over 11.2 innings in Triple-A since then. He'll now return to Los Angeles to give the Dodgers another fresh bullpen arm, replacing Michael Petersen.
Dodgers' Teoscar Hernandez: Slugs 19th homer Wednesday Rotowire 4 HRS AGO Hernandez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to Arizona on Wednesday.
The Dodgers scored all their runs in the first inning, and their final tally came on Hernandez's solo shot. The long ball was his 19th of the campaign, putting the veteran outfielder one home run away from reaching the 20-homer mark for the sixth straight full season (he hit 16 during the pandemic-shortened 2020 campaign). Hernandez is on pace to challenge his career-best marks of 32 home runs and 116 RBI, which he established with Toronto in 2021.
