Aaron Judge bruised the Moon on one shot. 6-4 Yankees. The Judge seems to crush Dodger pitching like it's batting practice, though Glassman did K him in the 1st inning. But he's a very tuff out, no doubt. Joe Garigiola was right: baseball is a funny game. Over the last 25 games till this series started, the Dodgers went 11-14 against all sub-.500 teams. Then, they visit the Yanks who've been red hot. Suddenly, the Dodgers clobbrered Yankee pitching and won 2 out of 3, and even the loss tonite, the Dodgers made Yank fans nervous. So does this mean the 2 teams have traded momentums, and now it's the Yanks slumping and the Dodgers hot? We'll see Next 2 opponents are the Rangers and Royals. The Rangers arne't playing like world champs, 3 games under .500, while Royalty aren't playing like the cellar team they were last year and several recently. It's like the 2 teams traded places. Tuesday at home vs the Rangers, it's James Paxton to start.

Dodgers' Tyler Glasnow: Strikes out 12 in loss Rotowire 8 HRS AGO Glasnow (6-5) took the loss Sunday against the Dodgers, allowing five runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out 12 in six innings.
Nearly all the damage against Glasnow came via the long ball. The Yankees opened up the scoring with a solo home run in the third and tacked on an additional run before the inning ended. Trent Grisham later slugged a three-run blast in the sixth to put the Yankees up 5-3 and they would not relinquish the lead from there. The eight hits allowed tied Glasnow's season high and he's now given up at least a home run in five of his last six starts though it was also his fifth time striking out at least 10 hitters. The 30-year-old will carry a 3.24 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 116:24 K:BB (86 innings) into his next start, which projects to be against the Royals over the weekend.
Dodgers' Gavin Lux: Three hits Sunday Rotowire 8 HRS AGO Lux went 3-for-4 with a steal and a run scored in Sunday's 6-4 loss to the Yankees.
Lux put together his first three-hit effort of the season while also tallying his third steal of the year. Despite the three base hits, Lux was unable to drive anyone home and remains with just one RBI since May 19. He also hasn't homered since May 7 and has just four extra-base hits since May 22. The 26-year-old is still looking to find some more consistency at the dish, and is now slashing .216/.268/.292 with 13 RBI, 18 runs and a 12:40 BB:K in 183 plate appearances.
Dodgers' Teoscar Hernandez: Continues hot stretch at plate Rotowire 9 HRS AGO Hernandez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Sunday's 6-4 loss to the Dodgers.
Hernandez followed up his two-homer effort Saturday with another in the sixth Sunday off Luis Gil to put the Dodgers up 3-2. He's now produced four multi-hit games in a row and has seven extra-base hits over that span. For the year, the 31-year-old is now slashing .266/.333/.516 with 16 homers, 48 RBI, 39 runs and a 23:81 BB:K in 282 plate appearances.
Dodgers' Brusdar Graterol: Bullpen session on tap Rotowire 20 HRS AGO Graterol (shoulder) will throw a bullpen session this week in Arizona, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
As Plunkett notes, this is the first positive news regarding Graterol in a while, as he has been out all season due to right shoulder inflammation/pain. The hard-throwing righty would likely need to throw several bullpen sessions before advancing to face live hitters.

Dodgers' Max Muncy: Slow recovery progress Rotowire 2 HRS AGO Muncy (oblique) said Tuesday on Foul Territory that he's "not progressing as fast" as he would like from his strained right oblique.
Muncy's comments mesh with what manager Dave Roberts said over the weekend, which was that the third baseman is working on a "slow program." The 33-year-old recently progressed to taking dry swings and doing plyo-ball workouts, and he doesn't appear to be close to rejoining the Dodgers. Enrique Hernandez has been operating as Los Angeles' primary third baseman in the meantime and will likely continue to fill that role.
Dodgers' Dustin May: Topping 90 mph in bullpen sessions Rotowire 19 HRS AGO May (elbow) has been throwing at the Dodgers' complex in Arizona and has topped 90 mph on his fastball, per the Associated Press.
May continues to recover from the surgery he underwent on his right flexor tendon and UCL last July. He began throwing off a mound in mid-May, and based on the recent update about his velocity, appears to be progressing well. When healthy, May's fastball typically rests in the upper-90s, so he still has a way to go before returning to his full velocity. That said, there's a chance he could be ready to return to the Dodgers in the latter half of July if he continues to progress without any setbacks.
Dodgers' Bobby Miller: Could make another rehab start Rotowire 19 HRS AGO The Dodgers may be leaning toward having Miller (shoulder) make another rehab start in the minors, per MLB.com.
In Miller's most recent rehab outing with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday, he worked four-plus innings and threw 85 pitches while sitting at 97-to-98 mph on his fastball. There had been talk of that appearance being the right-hander's final one in the minors before his return to the Dodgers' rotation, but it appears the organization may instead want him to get in one more rehab start. Miller said after Friday's appearance that he felt healthy, so an additional minor-league outing appears to be less about his health and more about his effectiveness -- he's posted a 6.97 ERA, 1.74 WHIP and 6:5 K:BB over 10.1 innings during his rehab stint thus far. The Dodgers begin a stretch Tuesday during which they play on 13 consecutive days, so it stands to reason that if Miller doesn't have any setbacks, he'll be back in the majors sometime during that span.

Dodgers' Enrique Hernandez: On bench Tuesday Rotowire 1 HR AGO Hernandez isn't in the Dodgers' lineup Tuesday versus the Rangers.
Hernandez has been the primary third baseman for the Dodgers while Max Muncy nurses an oblique injury. In the three game series versus the Yankees that ended Sunday, Hernandez went 3-for-10 with a home run and a double. With the 32-year-old on the bench Tuesday, Miguel Rojas has the start a third and will bat ninth.
