Dodgers blow. I'm going to follow the desert bound, bitter Dback fans from now on.

This is like when I used to screw with DesertDave on the Giants board. Man, that guy hated me. Hehe.

Very scattered & weak "Beat LA!" chant going.

If the Dodgers keep playing like this I'll stop pirating their games.

Another six runs given up by the blowpen last night, with Vespa and Gaterade both doing their part of one and two runs, respectively and then new guy Jackson topping the trio off with three of his own.
Nine out of the TWELVE runs scored with two outs. Eight runs should and will win you a LOT of games.
But not when you have to depend on this pen to give you a couple / few innings, let alone FIVE.
.500 team at best if this is what we can count on the rest of the year. Wait ‘til they actually start playing some good offense teams, unlike the Snakes.
GO DODGERS!!!

They're going to have to get some help. From within or without. Just get help. Miller's supposedly working his way back.

Dodgers' Chris Taylor: Retreats to bench Rotowire 23 MINS AGO Taylor is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks.
For the first time in a week, Miguel Rojas is back in the lineup at shortstop after overcoming a groin injury, resulting in Taylor moving to the bench. While starting each of the past six games, Taylor went 3-for-21 with two home runs and four RBI. Taylor's ability to play multiple infield and outfield spots should give him a pathway to holding down at least semi-regular playing time, though the return of Rojas undoubtedly hurts his outlook to some degree.
Dodgers' Will Smith: Out of lineup Sunday Rotowire 42 MINS AGO Smith is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks.
Smith gets Sunday off with Austin Barnes getting the nod behind the plate. The backstop has been excellent in his first seven games of the year with three homers and a 1.269 OPS over 27 at-bats.
Dodgers' Miguel Rojas: Returns to lineup Rotowire 45 MINS AGO Rojas (groin) is hitting eighth and playing shortstop against the Diamondbacks on Sunday.
Rojas returns to the lineup after missing close to a week while dealing with a left groin injury. The 34-year-old infielder will handle shortstop duties, and Chris Taylor will begin Sunday's series finale against the Diamondbacks on the bench.

Shelby Miller & Caleb Ferguson representin' that tough Dodger bullpen.
Barnes gets tossed. Austin was right. But that was frustration talking.

Dodgers are going to need some Preparation H after this series.

Grove. Daytime game. The dome will be open. Expect a lot of runs. Dude has a LONG way to go to prove he’s one of our top prospects. An ERA near 15 after two starts against a fairly weak Snakes lineup ain’t going to cut it. This is AA or AAA - gotta wonder just who’s doing the evaluating of these kids and just what they see / saw in Grove to think he was / is ready for prime time. Does Daisy have a brother hidden somewhere in the minors? And why was Barnes starting again today with Smith being one of the hottest bats on the team? Daisy logic never ceases to amaze me. GO DODGERS!!!

Two weeks into the season and we’re at 5 - 5 against two of the weakest teams in baseball, let our division. Can’t wait to see what we look like against teams that actually strengthened their rosters this off season. It’s gonna be a long, long season if this trend continues and even the addition of O next year isn’t going to be enough to turn this current crop around. Dude could pitch ten seven or eight inning shutouts in a row and might end up 2 - 2 with six no decisions. His move south may be no better than staying in Anaheim. GO DODGERS!!!

10 games in. Guess we're lucky they're at least not under .500. Today anyway. Gonna be a long ass season.
