There is hope for Cody, according to Mark McGuire. LISTEN UP CODY!!! All Cody needs is Mark's druggist. Seriously, I think Cody is going to bounce back. But he may NEED that cold hard slap on the face of being non-tendered. Which is worrying in itself. A former MVP should take pride enough in his work that he doesn't have to hit rock bottom before he wakes up. Think of boos as an alarm clock. I also like what McGwire said about striking out in the playoffs. Shorten your swing. Stop trying to be a hero. I hope Vargas (if we keep him) works out, the same way I wanted Verdugo to work out. They're NOT Max Muncy, or Cody Bellinger. Not even Chris Taylor. They put the ball in play.

Go Phillies. J.T. Realmuto hit a homerun in a 6-5 win over the flea infested, scabby, shit eating, sign stealing Astros. From an impartial observer, this looks like an insurmountable advantage for the heroic Phillies.

And the GREAT Verlander still sucks in the WS, raising his ERA to just a tick over six and remaining 0 - 6 after a no decision and being given a 5 - 0 lead last night. GO DODGERS!!!

I think I heard a cowbell. Baker said he needed more cowbell.
Scum sucking Astros up 5-1.

Roids or not, he knew how to hit and knows what he's talking about in that video. If only he was still our hitting coach. Another example is Bryce Harper. After his MVP season in '15, he had a couple sub par seasons and there were some who were saying he was washed up or at best over rated and last year, he got is second MVP. Cody's poor two seasons have to be thanks to those two injuries he had. He better heal up this winter and hit like he did in his MVP season of '19

There is hope for Cody, according to Mark McGuire. LISTEN UP CODY!!! Bellinger might be stubborn as hell. That might be the problem now. Ugly erect stance that steps out on his swing. It's hard to to correct a 15 year old. Let alone an adult millionaire. Can't have two clones in the lineup with he and Muncy though banning the shift might help. We'll see.

Anyone know why the Lizard Dusty Baker wears gloves in the dugout? Looks weird. Can’t be because he’s hiding his collection of World Series rings. Do they give rings for playoffs? He probably has one for every finger of those. GO DODGERS!!!

Guess none of us want to talk about the no-hitter. It happened. Time to move on.

Guess none of us want to talk about the no-hitter. It happened. Time to move on. You KNOW this is going seven. They can’t possibly allow a shorter series after losing a number of games leading up to this series. The ad revenues have already taken a hit, especially with both major markets (LA & NY) being knocked out. Mo money, mo money, mo money! GO DODGERS!!!
