Max Muncy hit .250 / .438 / .467 w/ 4 doubles, 3 homeruns & 14 RBI's in 18 games. .318-1-6 in the World Series. Package him for Lindor while the coal is hot

Mookie Betts hit .296 / .378 / .493 w/ 8 doubles, 2 homers, 8 RBI's, 15 runs scored & 6 SB's in 6 attempts. 2 of those doubles, both of those homeruns & 4 of his SB's were in the World Series. Glad he finally did something with the bat and hit a double to put runners at 2nd and 3rd and then score the go ahead run and then put the team up 3 -1 with a solo shot.

Jacques wound up at .382 / .432 / .559 w/ 2 homers & 8 RBI's in 37 PA's. Looked really potent lower in the order and the guy is phenomenal hitting the fastball off right handers. Hoping Angels pick him up. Wouldn't be surprised to see him go to Zaidi up in Frisco or with Anthopoulos with the Bravos.

@zackmeisel
The Indians have placed Brad Hand on outright waivers with the intention of declining his $10 million club option if he goes unclaimed, sources say. If a team does claim him, the Indians won't be responsible for paying his $1 million buyout. Hand posted a 2.05 ERA in 2020.

Guy went about his business ALL day until the 8th that's like 30 minutes before the game ended. Everyone that was near him on and off the field on both sides were exposed. Yes, he could have stayed locked in quarantined but this is what his whole working life has been about and you expect him to be the kid looking in at the candy store from the outside. So yeah he probably thought WTF I've been around all these people all day doesn't make sense. Even if he isn't on the field those that were exposed went on the field with everyone else that was there so eventually they were going to get exposed. Why didn't MLB say stay off the field Turner has tested positive for COVID? Or better yet why did MLB allow everyone that was exposed on and off the field on both the Dodgers and Rays sides to leave Texas and go back home and not ask them to stay behind until everyone had been properly tested? It's not that hard. Another excellent post. The whole thing is much ado about nothing, if you ask me. And it gives the media lunkheads more fodder to feed off of in their sad and pathetic attempts to minimize the Dodgers and all they have accomplished this year. SCREW THEM!!! GO DODGERS!!!

Package him for Lindor while the coal is hot Dodgers would have to include cash. That part shouldn't be a problem. October 30th, 2020 By Connor Byrne The Indians have turned down club options for first baseman Carlos Santana, outfielder/designated hitter Domingo Santana and left-handed reliever Brad Hand, per Zack Meisel of The Athletic. ------- Indians are unloading payroll. Here's a chance to swap Lindor for Muncy plus.

But I would be more than willing to part with Muncy if Lindor was the prize.

Dodgers' Max Muncy takes shot at MLB commissioner Rob Manfred while celebrating World Series title
You can say anything once you're a champion

The social media age demands that players on championship teams flood their respective feeds with images and videos from the moments shortly after reaching the competitive mountaintop of their sport. Sometimes those images are filled with heartfelt messages that serve as a thank you to everyone who got the player to that championship moment. Other times, like with Max Muncy, the posts serve as a platform to take shots at people you have gripes with.
Such was the case in the Dodgers player's post on Wednesday where he's holding the World Series trophy after Los Angeles defeated Tampa Bay on Tuesday in a decisive Game 6, 3-1. Muncy caption the image "what a nice piece of metal," in a shot towards MLB commissioner Rob Manfred.
The caption is in reference to a comment Manfred made earlier this year when he referred to the World Series trophy as "piece of metal." Even worse was that it was in the context of whether he believed the Astros should be stripped of their 2017 championship as a result of their cheating scandal which was revealed earlier this year and resulted in no punishments for any active players -- he also called the thought of putting an asterisk on the title a "futile act."
Naturally, this enraged the Dodgers, who came just short of winning that "piece of metal" in 2017. Justin Turner shot back at the commissioner in the preseason when he said: "For him to devalue it the way he did yesterday just tells me how out of touch he is with the players in this game. At this point the only thing devaluing that trophy is that it says 'commissioner' on it."
For what it's worth, Manfred eventually apologized for his comments, but clearly they were still swirling around the heads of players like Muncy during the championship celebrations.

LOVE IT!!! GO DODGERS!!! Yeah. It's pretty inspiring when the commissioner of your sport disparages the ultimate prize to explain his milquetoast response to cheating in the game he presides over. Like it's just a hunk of metal. What are you getting so worked up about? Selig wasn't enough. Bud had to curse us with Manfred too.
