Yeah... and no one cares about 50 home runs either. It’s meaniingless, especially in 2019.

fuck the mvp, I could care less, now what would be nice, is if bellinger won the world series MVP, that's all that matters to me Then he should bunt more often.

Cody wins a Gold Glove for rightfield. Well deserved. I know they like or want to play him in Center but dude looked like a stud in RF plus those were his best hitting days.

Probably could have won at 1B as well if he had enough games there. Saved Turner, Seager and whoever was playing second dozens of errors on balls in the dirt and / or thrown wide of the bag. Not to mention line drives and screaming grounders. Now, if he can just do something about his postseason offensive woes . . . GO DODGERS!!!

It was all the more amazing that Garvey was only 5'10" and Cody is 6'4". Cody is a great athlete, and I think he's best in RF. Good 1Bmen are a dime a dozen, so maybe Mad Max will play there, Lucky Lux at 2B, Seagar or Francisco Lindor at SS and maybe Turner at 3B unless he moves to 1B. There'll some shifting in our IF before the opener in April.

No doubt in my mind that in my mind that it has to do with Muncy not being able to play anywhere other than 1st without making constant blunders as well as there being not DH in the NL.

I think the team is better off staying with JT at 3rd for now, Muncy at 1st, and Lux at 2nd. The only move that really makes sense is moving Seager and inserting Lindor at short.

He was quick in his reaction time and very few balls hit his way made it to right field. I guess since the rest of that infield was “height deficient”, they all had to throw at a certain level to each other as well as to first, so maybe that’s why Garv’s stature never seemed to be an issue. And those forearms - I’d have killed to have forearms like that. GO DODGERS!!!

Cey is listed as 5’10” and Russell at an even 6’, but I think those are major stretches (forgive the pun) on their heights. I don’t remember either being as tall as Garvey at 5’10”, especially Cey. I met him at Dodger Stadium a number of years ago and I, at 6’3” was nearly a head taller than the original Penguin. That would put him at around 5’6” or 7”, but certainly not 10”. And he definitely threw rockets from the hot corner. Game was so different (and BETTER) then. GO DODGERS!!!

Great job, Cody. I wonder if Cody every duplicates this season, I sure hope so.
The HR and RBI will be there, not so sure about the BA. Anyway, that was one of the best seasons ever by a Dodger. Beltre and of course Snider are right there.
