I paid off my shotgun today. Now there's another test.
Long as I was there, I got 50 rounds of buckshot. 72 dollars.

Just received my 7 3/8 New Era July 4th baseball cap today. I don’t usually buy new hats because I don’t wear them very often.
But this one was just too sweet to bypass. The LA logo in stars and stripes with Los Angeles in red over a gold USA on the right side - VERY nice.
But DAMN!!! I remember when fitted caps were around $16 - $17 at Koch’s Sporting Goods here in Cincy (WAY before the internet and the only place in town where you could purchase OFFICIAL MLB caps & jerseys).
$45.99 for this one directly via New Era. Hell - my first Rawlings Garvey jersey at this same store was only $80! My, oh my how the times have changed!
GO DODGERS!!!

Don’t know / remember if I told this before. But my Uncle used to work for this guy named Harry that has one of the most valuable car collections in the country, if not world. He has several Ferraris, one of which is the only one in the world. Think he dropped $13 mil on that one. He’s also on their preferred buyer list, which includes access & purchase of limited edition models, some as few as ten to be produced. The last one, which I think ran him around $7 mil they wouldn’t let him have or deliver to him until he went to Italy and learned how to drive it for three or four weeks. Anyways - he got a wild hair a number of years ago and decided he wanted a Dues. He had a number of brokers trying to locate one for him. He finally located one up in Pennsylvania and went to see it. Turned out the owner actually has TWO and they came off the line one right after the other. So their serial numbers were only one digit different. So the guy tells Harry he really doesn’t want to break the pair up. So Harry bought both of them. He actually had a plane hanger built on his property in Indian Hill (our Beverly Hills, but even snobbier). It houses over 150 machines, including the above as well as the Aston Martin used in a number of the early Sean Connery Bond films. GO DODGERS!!!

Even worse - he has a daughter a few years younger than me that is SMOKING hot and from what my uncle told me used to LOVE running with long hair, bad boy musicians just to piss her old man off. I was already married a few years when I found this out back in the day. But my uncle never made any efforts to hook us up. I wonder why that was? Probably didn’t want to risk his job! GO DODGERS!!!

That is TOO nice! I’m still hoping for a blue face Submariner from my better half as a retirement gift in a few years. Isn’t a gold watch the standard? Same stainless and gold band like this one (love that combo!); gold timepiece (of course!). I’d even settle for a gently used one if, of course it was certified and came with the original box and all of the other goodies. GO DODGERS!!!

Absolutely LOVED seeing these Shelby’s back in the day and especially this colour combo. Something about that pure white finish and large blue stripes just did it for me. Although the stripes on this one actually appear to be either VERY dark blue or possibly even black. Might have been my early subconscious introduction to the Dodgers. GO DODGERS!!!

Rolex brochures, with that page creased & the particular watch circled with arrows pointing to it. Be subtle, but not shy.
