Cracked me up when those guys would say they had ALWAYS been Angels fans. That's weird. I was there & don't remember you. The obvious inference being there were so few people there we all knew each other.

'Impeachment hearings live updates: Trump calls Democrats ‘human scum’ as two more witnesses testify in inquiry' Cheer up, Donnie Boy. Your scorched earth policy has either ensured Biden doesn't get elected, or if he is, the GOP will start impeachment proceedings against him too. Your plan sort of worked in that regard.

Everyone is asking if what Trump did was enough to warrant impeachment. My mind keeps drifting to obstruction of justice. Seems pretty clear. Don't waste time arguing apples & oranges. There was definitely obstruction. The GOP kept saying this person heard it from that person. That's because a lot of witnesses were blocked from testifying.
I guess some jerk posted Fiona Hill's address on the net. Just mind boggling. For the curious, Trump can be found at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Washington DC.
Hehe...

John Bolton is back on Twitter. He said his account had been suspended by the White House. He taunted Trump by asking if Donnie was afraid of what he might say.
It sounds like sabre rattling or he would have testified. Bolton has a book coming out. He would be the one with firsthand accounts of all the machinations of the Ukraine conspiracy. Supposedly even Dick Cheney was afraid of Bolton.

I wonder where Barnes and Noble will categorize the book - fiction or non-fiction? 90+ % of what comes out of DC certainly leans to the first, no matter what party is pontificating. GO DODGERS!!!

Rudy Giuliani has completely lost it. At the same time as he was saying he collected information to "protect" the president, & not to gather dirt on the Bidens, he said he had "dirt" on the Bidens that would be released if anything were to happen to him.
This was Trump's trusted point man? Gives some idea of Don's frame of mind.
He also reiterated that he was just joking when he had quipped that he had "insurance" with Trump himself. That looks kinda disingenuous juxtaposed with his comment about Joe Biden.
The guy is 75. That's about the age my beloved mother started getting squirrely. This might be the onset of dementia.

The more I think about it the more it becomes obvious you can just replace 'Trump' for 'Biden' & it makes perfect sense. It also kinda looks like Rudy is playing the Jeffrey Epstein card. Why would Giuliani just disappear? That's what he said
1 - Rudy was sent to Ukraine to dig up dirt on the Bidens. Now he says he has dirt on the Bidens that he has locked away. Why not release the dirt he has on the Bidens?
2 - Trump has already begun distancing himself from Giuliani. Trump & Giuliani have known each other for decades. If anyone would know what Donald is capable of it would be Rudy. How many have gone to jail for Don already?
3 - As Trump's personal attorney it would be unseemly (& quite possibly illegal) for Rudy to overtly threaten his client. What he missed is his very public threat leaves him open to blackmail & obstruction charges.
4 - Why the Epstein approach? What does he know or suspect about Epstein's death?
The swamp just got a bit murkier.

Trump led U.S. demanded South Korea pay more for 28,500 troops stationed there since the war. They had been paying $1,000,000,000 a year. Roughly 40% of the total cost of 2.5 billion. Trump wanted 5 billion dollars. South Korea has now signed a defense agreement with China.
Trump is currently demanding 8 billion dollars a year for the 50,000+ troops stationed in Japan. No word if China or Russia fills that void..
We seem to be drawing the wagons in an ever shrinking circle. Surely Trump has already repaid Putin whatever was promised for Russian help in the 2016 election. Is this for anticipated help in 2020?

Lev Parnas apparently recorded some meetings with Giuliani & others. He had insurance too. The recordings have been turned over to the committee. They may include Devin Nunes. He was on the committee too & a vocal opponent of it.
Hopefully Lev was thoughtful enough to make copies for Rudy to put alongside his Trump insurance, in that coffee can he has buried in the desert in case he disappears.

Navy Secretary latest Trump appointee to have 'former' placed in front of his title. Don't know who the 'acting' secretary will be.

Looks like the New York D.A. is putting the squeeze on Parnas to gain leverage in their dealings. He's leaving it open as to whether he'll add or drop charges.

I've been screwing with Trumpler Youth on news sites. Most are really simple & easy to confound. It kills time. The future of our nation. However, considering the alternative roster of Democratic candidates, with Biden & Sanders being the two most likely nominated, I not only don’t see either of them unseating Trump, I know I wouldn’t vote for either. So that leaves throwing a vote away for an Indy or Lib or casting it for a dude that can’t go five minutes without putting his foot in his mouth, lying or making some outrageous statement that is instantly refuted. Despite his flaws, and they are substantial and many, he has followed through with nearly every campaign promise, the economy is booming, unemployment is at an all time low. And after three plus years of battling the media and the left, which have been trying to remove him since he put his hand on the Bible, he has maintained his position and only seems to be gaining more confidence and popularity. And every time they fail and circle back to one of their previous failures to remove him, it just makes the Dems look more and more desperate knowing they don’t have a candidate that is a better alternative. GO DODGERS!!!

GO DODGERS!!! Admittedly, it's a depressing situation. Which is probably why I joke about it on other sites. But I just can't vote for Trump, or even countenance his presence in the White House. Did you read the Zelensky interview? It makes you feel bad for the guy. Trump & Giuliani put him in a box. He doesn't like the way he & his country have been portrayed. Trump, ironically, keeps pounding the corruption angle to explain his withholding their assistance. OUR assistance. Zelensky still can't come out & openly accuse Trump of coercing Ukraine into an investigation they wanted no part of, specifically because they will probably have to deal with Trump again. What choice do they have? Russia is knocking the door down. How is that helping America when we withhold aid to an enemy of Russia for personal gain? Then they were paid at least $325,000 by shadowy Ukrainian figures to remove Yovanovitch from her post. We've told South Korea our price for remaining their very good friends & allies & it was about double the actual cost. Donald wants 8 billion dollars from Japan. He gave up northern Syria & our Kurdish allies there. Trump pretty much talks about invading Mexico. While I most definitely agree with labeling the cartels as terrorist organizations, there's also no doubt Donald was bluffing when we consider his other moves. He's physically a coward. You just don't announce something like that if you're serious. This won't get out of the Senate. Too much partisan BS. I'm not sure what the Democratic strategy is unless they're holding back a bombshell. I would press the obstruction charges. Barr is a disgrace.

First bombshell - phone records between Devin Nunes & Lev Parnas. Nunes should have recused himself from those hearings. I wonder if Schiff knew or suspected all along, because it couldn't have turned out any better for his side. Shifty, indeed.
Time to pop some popcorn & tune into the frantic FOX spin I'm quite sure they're engaged in.
