Dodgers' Ben Casparius: Opening in Game 4 Rotowire 7 mins ago Casparius will serve as the Dodgers' opening pitcher Tuesday in Game 4 of the World Series against the Yankees, J.P. Hoornstra of DodgersNation.com reports.
It will be the first appearance during the World Series for Casparius, who had three scoreless outings versus the Mets in the NLCS. The Dodgers have not revealed who else will pitch Tuesday, but Brent Honeywell is a candidate for multiple innings.

My Sharona should not be anywhere near the mound unless LA is either up by a half dozen or being blown out by the Spanks. They will be trying EXTRA hard today not to get swept and will very likely be swinging freely and frequently. LA pitchers need to use that advantage against them and continue to produce at the plate. A sweep is imminent if the Dodgers can just use their heads, work counts and take what the Soanks are willing to give them just like last night. Oh shouldn’t be swinging at anything tonight. He probably could have gotten four W’s last night if he’d have just left the bat on his shoulder. The only question is does Freddie put another one in the short porch of that joke of a right field? I will not be watching until the end as I have done for every game. I’ve also been wearing the same NY Rangers sweatshirt and gym shorts for all three games thus far and that will not change tonight! Looking forward to abusing my VISA card later tonight at MLB.com/shop. FIRE DAISY & FRAUDY!!!

Ashanti doing the national anthem. I always liked her. She did most of J-Lo's vocals.

Wow! Baserunning blunder by Yanks. Double off the wall. No score from the runner on second.
