I actually wouldn’t mind him going to the Gnats - think of the money he is going to tie up for the next decade! He’s only one player who may or may not ever pitch again and who knows how effective he’ll be or how long he’ll continue to be a two way player? My guess is two or three years, tops. So $50 mil a year for a ten year DH who might get you 30 - 40 W’s on the mound? Let ANYONE BUT THE DODGERS pay that note. One man, no matter HOW great he is or is expected to be, does not a WS title make. HARD PASS on O! GO DODGERS!!! |
