Cam “I’m BACK” Newton BENCHED after a typical and expected pile of dung performance against my rebounding Phins.
Takes more than a one yard run and two yard pass to really be taken seriously. Dude was done years ago; coach B does not let players still with some talent go.
Green Bay putting a beat down on the Lambs.
Herbert beginning to look very meh after a very good rookie season.
AMAZING just how there are no CLEARLY dominant teams this season. Making Vegas billions in “recovery Covid losses” at the sports books.
GUARANTEE those losses will be back in black by February.

Booo Chiefs  My 9ers are again starting to get healthy then yesterday lost Deebo, Warner and Greenlaw though I hope it's not for long. When healthy Jimmy G is pretty good not real good because he makes a lot of stupid throws and doesn't use the sidelines. Anyway I don't know how they're thinking of trading him in the off- season granted he isn't a super star QB but he is waaaaay better than the project they drafted in Lance. In all a good NFL weekend. |

Can't like post booing Chiefs... I only liked for the Phins shout out. They get so few of those. 😝😝😝 Supposed to go to Nashville New Years Eve weekend to see them play the Titans on January 2nd. Secured front row field level seats in the corner end zone on the visitors side of the field a couple of months ago. May end up having to cancel the trip due to a pending surgical procedure - hoping it can be put off until after the first of the year. Meeting surgeon next Tuesday - fingers crossed!!! GO DODGERS!!! |

Too bad. BUT my folks met & married in KC. When Davis took the Raiders back to shithole Oakland, I thought about it & said I need another AFC team. But who? Man, that was like being a Dodger fan all over again. Watching grainy films of Kirk Gibson's homerun in 1988. It paid off big time with the Dodgers, Lakers & Chiefs all winning championships. I have a kinda unique pennant hanging on the wall with the Lakers / Dodgers championships. |

I see the Phins are in full futility mode today against one of the worst teams in the league and a fourth string QB.
Makes sense - they did give Trevor Lawrence and the pathetic Jags their first win in London.
Just when I thought they might actually have found something in their D, they let these clowns run up and down their home field like they are the Joe Montana era Niners.
And I still don’t see Tua EVER developing into a franchise QB - he’s meh on his best day and flat out sucks or gets injured the rest of the time.
Another wasted number one by Miami, Ross, Flores and the rest of the Ringling Brothers running that team.
Poor Don Shula must be rolling over every night seeing what this once proud and winning franchise has become.

I just witnessed the Cardinals, with the best record in the NFL, lose to the lowly Lions, with the worst record, 30-12. What a joke that game was! The Cards didn't want to be there. The Lions wanted more than one win to finish the season and now they're 2-11-1. The Cards just beat themselves with penalties and turnovers. It got so bad that I put the game on my PIP and watched a movie on the Hallmark channel.

Gotta wonder how many people had that game as their number one confidence rank (in pools where you pick not only the winner, but also rank games based on how confident you feel with that pick).
