1 just Betts. I liked the idea of having both teams kneel while holding a black ribbon. However, Betts and other Giants kept kneeling after and when the anthem was sung. Only Dodger to kneel after getting lottery money. So disrespectful. Expected it from some of those pansy Gnats, but didn’t think any of the blue would stoop to their level. I’d love to hear what Vinnie thinks of our new millionaire. GO DODGERS!!! Don't get me wrong jr. I get it and I get why black athletes want to kneel. But, everyone was given a platform before the anthem to kneel in unison and they did but some continued to kneel during the anthem. I think being given a platform and air time before the anthem is played is a good compromise. I don't know that's just me. |

They kneel because it “fashionable” and anarchistic - it’s their “farting in the general direction” of authority. It didn’t do a single thing back when Snapperdick started it over a decade ago other than piss a lot of people off and it’s not going to do anything for racial injustice ten years later. I’m still anxious to see what Mr. Scully has to say about all this. As far as Mookie goes, it must be a huge burden being oppressed by that nearly $400 million he’s going to have to live on for the next twelve years. GO DODGERS!!!
