Tomorrow I see the podiatrist. Called ahead to see if he can trim my nails, once we find out that's the only thing he'll be doing. The receptionist said it only said "office visit" on the referral. She doesn't see why the doctor couldn't trim my nails. I would have to ask him.
Maybe he can refer me out to get images. We need to move before the next lockdown.

Got a nice toenail trim today. The podiatrist recommended a neurologist or orthopedist. This is exactly what I had told my primary care physician when I saw him last month. Now I'm supposed to go back to see the latter next week to get another referral to see the person I should have seen in the first place. The podiatrist was very sure it was neurological. He thinks it's coming from my back. I found this... Celiac disease Symptoms The signs and symptoms may vary between children and adults. Mild cases do not show any symptoms. Some of the common typical signs and symptoms of celiac disease include - Vomiting - No Poor appetite - No Bloating - Yes Flatulence - No Abdominal pain - Yes Diarrhea - Yes Constipation - No Weight loss - No Irritability - Yes Short stature - What? Changes in mood such as anxiety - Yes Tingling numbness in the hands and feet - Yes Seizures - Three in my lifetime Irregular periods, infertility or recurrent miscarriage - I get my period like clockwork. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Canker sores inside the mouth - Used to. Thinning hair and dull skin - Dull skin Most of the adults have symptoms unrelated to the digestive system such as - Anemia - No Osteoporosis (or) osteomalacia - No Blisters and skin rashes that itch - Yes Damage to the dental enamel - No Ulcers in the mouth - No Fatigue - Yes Damage to the nervous system - Yes Ache in the joints and in the head - Joints Reduced functioning of the spleen (hyposplenism) - ? Acid reflux and heartburn - Hell yeah Causes Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder where the body shows an extreme reaction to foods containing gluten. The exact cause is not known. Both genetic and environmental factors play role. Genetic testing shows that almost all people (95%) with celiac disease have HLA-DQ2 or HLA-DQ8 variants of human leukocyte antigens. It is sometimes triggered after pregnancy, childbirth, surgery, or viral infection. Despite the definition, both men & women get Celiac. So now it could be either Ataxia or Celiac. Who knows? The podiatrist may be right & it's my back. But the vodka I drink has grain in it. It's made from grain. I eat a lot of bread. Doc should take blood tests. We have to get this show on the road before the next quarantine.

Another description..
pale, fatty, or foul-smelling stool - yes persistent bloating, gas, or abdominal pain - yes persistent diarrhea or constipation - yes weight loss or gain - gain confusion, tiredness, and fatigue - yes bone or joint pain - yes tingling or numbness in the legs - yes muscle cramps - yes mouth sores - no a skin rash that itches - yes
I hadn't made the connection with that hellacious itching & the numbness until reading this. Sometimes my feet & hands are just out of control itching. It reminded me of the time I found out I was allergic to lidocaine. Any time I need a local now we use marcaine.

Sly has been puking all week. This morning was the first time in 16 years he didn't touch his breakfast. Sleet just came back in & ate his share too.

Emailed my immediate supervisor today. Didn't expect a response & none was forthcoming. Just letting him know I'm still alive.
There's a very sharp bump just below my medial malleolus on the right ankle. Isn't that the talus? This thing is so sharp you could almost shave with it. I believe it was my fibula that was broken. Shoot. I forget. But this really might be the reason for that numbness. It might need sanding down.
Doc waited too long though. Another lockdown is in effect.

Damn - that’s NICE! Still hoping to pick up my first (and likely ONLY) Rolex in the next year or so. Looking at Submariners with the blue face and bezel, still undecided on the band but leaning toward two tone. Would LOVE diamonds instead of numbers, but those are just a bit out of my price range. GO DODGERS!!!

So the CARES Act ends next week. I just submitted my second claim. If I get it that would take me through the end of April. I just read that we're supposed to get paid through July 31st. Do I still have three months coming?
My employers were really nice & cut a check for vacation time I didn't have coming because I was part-time / on-call. That was an extra $500.00.
We have to pay taxes on this. That is the height of irony. I figured we would be picking up the tab sooner or later. It's not like the government just printed more money. Basically they were borrowing against our futures. That when we go back to work they would find a way of taxing us more to get the money back. But they're taxing us in real time too. That next April you better be ready to pay them for that income. So everyone, PLEASE set aside some of that money for tax time. Then I don't know if there will be a new deduction on our payroll checks. Maybe they'll just increase the ones they're already taking out.

Then I don't know if there will be a new deduction on our payroll checks. Maybe they'll just increase the ones they're already taking out. Because both of our jobs were continuous thru all of this, we haven’t had to file and continue to receive cheques from our employers. To tell you the truth, we didn’t even need that $2,400 that we’ll now owe taxes on next year. It went straight into our less than a tenth percent interest savings account where it and the rest of our savings have sat dormant for months. Vacations have been “spur of the moment” and less expensive because I refuse to get on a plane at this point and islands we might have wanted to go to or back to are pretty much closed to the US. So we took a weekend road trip down to Gatlinburg last month and are heading back down to the FL panhandle in September. Hoping things might be a little more laxed by then but not counting on it. Have to drive thru and stop in Alabama on the way down and understand they are “mask only” for everything - yay! I expect numbers to drop significantly in FL, especially now since Trump called off the convention there. Look for that to be rescheduled in South Dakota. 😁 GO DODGERS!!!

I'm not clomping anymore & that sharp bump is gone. Weird. It stopped either yesterday or the day before.

Something is up with my brother. He was living with his ex-wife's son in Whittier. David is a nice guy. He knows his mother is a raging bitch. Dolly has been hanging out over there a lot lately. David is moving. John planned on moving with David. Then Dolly decided to move in with David. She'll rent out the Culver City house she stole from my brother. She's been verbally abusing my brother in the meantime.
John decided to NOT move with David after all. Can you blame him? But what is his endgame? Moving in with me? I told him I expected him to help keep the place clean & he bristled. Excellent. He had me drive out to Whittier this morning to take him to a motel in Pico Rivera. David & I passed each other. Why am I driving from Hawthorne to Whittier to take my brother to Pico Rivera when David is right there? John is leaving something important out.
He told me Dolly accused him of deserting David when he needed him most. She said John doesn't follow in the Lord's footsteps. I really hate religious hypocrites. She is the very definition of sinning Monday through Saturday & confessing on Sunday. She thought the rent at David's new place would be split three ways. That's her real beef.

You ain't seen my daughter yet neither. I had a time. A period frozen in time. My brother called me "pretty." I was never sure how to take that.
