Grandal's streakiness does get frustrating, but his hot streaks seem to be out of sync with the bulk of the offense. That has been a good thing; helping to cut down on losing streaks. When the other "bats" aren't pushing the bus, Grandal still is.
I wasn't on the "trade Grandal" bandwagon; but I was on the dump Kemp bandwagon. So I'm about .500, just like the team!
We better hope more of the bats start "pushing the bus" when Grandal's streak swings the other way, and his bat becomes an anchor, dragging behind the bus.

Yasmani has gone into one of his much anticipated tailspins. It started April 23rd. He's 6-40 / .150-1-5 in his last 13 games. 10 of those were starts.
Kemp keeps rolling along though. 333-5-16 / .369 / .552 / 154 OPS+.

Kemp when he came back said he was very impressed by the teams attitude, could tell they were entirely focused on and believing they would win every game I believe. He sure caught that mentality. Doesn't seem like our other guys have it back yet this season. Gotta be sweet for Matt to be producing so well. The Prodigal Son returns, and is smoking it!! Of course, just being back has to be quite motivating to Matt. Would love to see him win that MVP he previously had stolen from him. Go Mattie!!

"Doesn't seem like our other guys have it back yet this season. " Which other guys? Muncy, Farmer, Verdugo, Locastro, Font, Hudson etc.? Or do you mean Turner, Forsythe, Puig, Seager, Kershaw, Hill, Ryu...

You'll figure it out. It's really not that difficult.
