Some incredibly high numbers... Would have NEVER thought the Reds would be anywhere near worth a BILLION dollars. I guess even really bad teams with poor ownership, management, coaching and players are still worth ten figures. CRAZINESS!!! GO DODGERS!!!

TV money is crazy. The Dodgers have seen an appreciation of 900 million dollars on their investment already. 43%.

And, with the Yanks being at the top, a cool billion more than the Dodgers! However, when the Los Angeles Dodgers sold for $2.15 billion (and thank God), It raised the valuations of every franchise in Major League Baseball got a big booster shot to the tune of 35 percent give or take. So...Everything in the Billions, given above, plus today highly lucrative media contracts, that's a given with, only the Devil Rays (I still call them that) are below the Billion mark. I guess the Marlins would be worth more if Jeffery Loria didn't fleece franchise along with that art work in center field, just saying.
