Dodgers' Will Smith: Collects three hits, three RBI Rotowire 1 HR AGO Smith went 3-for-6 with a double, three RBI and a run scored in Saturday's win over the Giants.
Smith tied the game at 5 runs apiece with an infield single in the fifth and later added a two-run double in the 11th to put the Dodgers on top 9-7, marking his first multi-hit effort since June 11 against the Rangers. Despite his recent struggles at the plate, the catcher has still managed to post eight RBI over his last nine games and is now up to 50 RBI on the season. However, he's also struck out twice in three of his last five contests.
Dodgers' Shohei Ohtani: Slugs 26th homer in win Rotowire 1 HR AGO Ohtani went 1-for-4 with a solo homer and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Giants while also drawing two walks.
Ohtani took Spencer Howard deep in the top of the third to give the Dodgers a 2-1 lead and later came around to score for a second time in the 11th after drawing a leadoff walk. The slugger is now up to 12 homers in the month of June, with nine of them coming over his last 12 games. Ohtani has also scored two runs in two of his last three games and has drawn at least one walk in eight straight.
Dodgers' Miguel Rojas: Tallies three hits, four RBI Rotowire 1 HR AGO Rojas went 3-for-5 with four RBI and a run scored in Saturday's win over the Giants.
Rojas recorded RBI singles in two of his first three trips to the plate before also coming around to score himself during a four-run fourth inning for Los Angeles. The shortstop would continue to generate offense throughout the night, finishing with a season-high four RBI. Rojas has now recorded multiple hits in four of his last six games, going 10-for-22 (.454) over that stretch with three doubles, four RBI and five runs scored. He's batting .323 overall in June.
Dodgers' Tyler Glasnow: Chased early in no-decision Rotowire 1 HR AGO Glasnow did not factor into the decision in a win over the Giants on Saturday, allowing five runs on seven hits and two walks over three innings while striking out one.
Glasnow didn't have his best stuff Saturday, allowing the leadoff man to reach in each of his three innings of work while surrendering four extra-base hits. It marked the right-hander's shortest outing of the campaign and the second time in his last four starts that he's given up five runs. Glasnow also struck out only one batter in the contest, a season low, after fanning at least nine in four straight starts coming in.

Dodgers' Anthony Banda: Pitching well with Dodgers Rotowire 38 MINS AGO Banda issued one walk and struck out two batters over one scoreless frame in Saturday's extra-innings victory against San Francisco.
Banda entered in the seventh frame and preserved a 6-6 tie with his scoreless inning. The lefty reliever has been excellent since joining Los Angeles in mid-May, posting a 0.98 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 17:9 K:BB over 18.1 innings of mostly low-leverage work. Those numbers are a stark contrast to the 5.69 ERA and 1.64 WHIP he caried over 118.2 frames across his first seven major-league campaigns.

Kiké with an E to follow up his GIDP. Somebody - ANYBODY please tell me why this zero is still on the team, let alone getting playing time l? GO DODGERS!!! They said on the MLB channel that since Mad Max has been on the IL, 3Bmen have a OPS of something like .604. And what's Caven Biggio done? He popped up a bunt last nite, made a costly error and doesn't even belong in the bigs. I guess Craig didn't teach him very well.

Another dumpster dive for LA who still hasn’t had a truly decent, good hitting, glove and arm since Beltre. And let’s face it - even Adrian wasn’t much to talk about at the plate until his contract year. Was it Casey Blake or Blake Dewitt (or both) that weren’t too bad? I guess when you grow up with the Penguin Ron Cey, anyone after that is going to pale in comparison. Damn that was a good infield! GO DODGERS!!!

Boneheaded baserunning mistake by the Giants. Runners on the corners with one out.
Drive to the wall in center though. Soler. 2-0 Giants.
