Sac fly wins it. Rockies are now 26-48. Justice has been served. NY turd Ramirez now 0 - 3 with an ERA near five. Can someone please explain to me why this clown was even rescued from the dumpster? I mean, seriously - if he was SO bad that the shitty Mutts released him, what was the mentality that led the LA brain trust to sign him? Yes - I’m STILL bitter after watching his sorry ass blow the one game LA had a chance of winning here in Cincy. His line that night - entered with man on first and one out. HBP, W (to load the bases), W - tying run in; Ramirez done. Enter Scooter - adios baseball via grand slam from India. Ramirez wouldn’t have seen another day in a Dodger uniform after that if it was my team. But then again, I’d have never dumpster dove for him in the first place. GO DODGERS!!!

Dodgers' Jason Heyward: Sitting against lefty Rotowire 46 MINS AGO Heyward is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rockies.
Heyward will join fellow left-handed hitters Gavin Lux and Cavan Biggio on the bench for the series finale in Colorado while the Rockies bring lefty Ty Blach to the hill. With Heyward sitting, Miguel Vargas will pick up a start in left field and will bat seventh.
Dodgers' Cavan Biggio: Resting against lefty Rotowire 48 MINS AGO Biggio is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rockies.
Biggio will join fellow left-handed hitters Gavin Lux and Jason Heyward on the bench for the series finale in Colorado while the Rockies send southpaw Ty Blach to the hill. Enrique Hernandez will enter the lineup at third base as Biggio's replacement.
Dodgers' Gavin Lux: Getting day off versus lefty Rotowire 50 MINS AGO Lux is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Rockies.
The lefty-hitting Lux will sit for the second time in the four-game series while the Rockies send another southpaw (Ty Blach) to the bump. Chris Taylor will fill in for Lux at second base.
Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw: Sharp in first rehab start Rotowire 11 HRS AGO Kershaw (shoulder) completed three innings in a rehab start with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday, allowing one run on two hits and one walk while striking out five batters.
Kershaw impressed in his first game action since undergoing offseason shoulder surgery, throwing 26 of his 36 pitches for strikes and hitting 90 mph -- right around his regular-season velocity -- on his fastball. The veteran left-hander began a bit shakily in giving up a one-out, first-inning triple that was cashed in on a sacrifice fly, but Kershaw was in complete control thereafter, with his only walk coming on a pitch-clock violation that appeared to be intentional in order to allow him to face another batter. Kershaw is expected to log multiple additional rehab outings before potentially joining Los Angeles' rotation sometime around mid-July.

It’s great to see that the two Einstein’s continue to play the “matchup” game of sitting players based on which arm the opposing pitcher throws with.
How can they EVER expect to get any consistency from a lineup that other than the top three or four revolves more than a department store entry door?
I have NEVER seen such a blatant disregard for abilities and who’s hot -vs- not than these morons and their damn analytics printouts.
Not a single “feel” for the game - just “this is what the computer says so it MUST be right”.
I remember going to games back in the 70’s when you could fill out your scorecard before you even got to the stadium.
Sparky and the Big Red Machine had the same eight guys batting in the same order and playing the same eight positions 49 out of 50 games.
Same goes for Tommy and the Blue. And neither Bench or Yeager needed two days off EVERY week to be replaced by a scrub who can’t even bat his weight or come close to throwing base stealing runners out.
I’m beginning to really despise “today’s” baseball. It’s simply a shadow of the game we all grew up with and will only continue to evolve into another sport that alienates rather than attracts fans.
GO DODGERS!!!

Stone In Love rolling thru the Rockies lineup like Nolan Ryan so far. 60 pitches going into the 6th, three hits and six K’s. I’m guessing this will be his last inning.
God forbid Daisy / Fraudy go against the “book”.
GO DODGERS!!!

Of course - as soon as I start praising him he loads the freaking bases with only one out.
I hope Daisy doesn’t call on Scooter again. He’s been great to start innings; with inherited runners on - not so much.
GO DODGERS!!!

Train wreck gets out of the jam with minimal damage of only two runs.
Good guys still up 5 - 2, but there’s still three more innings at the Fun House, so this one’s still up in the air.
GO DODGERS!!!

I'm at a print shop right now. Trying to get Grandpa's photo restored.
Dodgers won a pitchers' duel.
