His stats are pretty impressive! And like many young pitchers, he needs to harness his control, but he's only got 2 walks in 9.2 innings. That's a little early, but he's got plenty of time. He's got Beuhler and Mitch White ahead of him in the pecking order, but we'll see!

Santana is ahead of White. In what way? I’m not saying Santana is the better prospect (although he might be), just saying he is “ahead” of White in terms of progression. He has gone over 100 IP the last two seasons; White has 95 IP since he was drafted.

Gotcha.
They have treated White with kid gloves. I think at this point White is the better prospect, but I agree Santana could end up being the better pitcher.
