Something has to be done about Latin players roiding. Something has to be done about roiding in general. But you can easily see how the problem would be worse in third world countries.
Accessibility. Some of this stuff is available over the counter in places like the Dominican.
Desperation. You're living in a one room hovel with seven brothers & sisters. Dirt floors. No indoor plumbing.
Precedent. It's worked for others.
Enabling. Major league scouts who don't look too hard at things like birth certificates.
If you're going to have rules, enforce them. It's good to have a scalp like Tatis' hanging on your mantle. The next move is to make sure he doesn't get a 300 million dollar contract first.

I lost a bit of respect for our boys in blue and their ownership group this week.
At first, it appeared they were going to buck the peer pressure on Pride Night by disinviting what I consider a group of blasphemous freaks who consider and glorify crucifixion in their transvestite production which was to be included as part of the on-field “festivities”.
But the PC and Alphabet gang got their panties all up in a wad and not only did the Dodgers apologize, they also re-invited the freaks back to participate, which they gleefully accepted.
As if a “special night” with rainbow LA logo hats recognizing @ 1% of the REAL fans that will actually attend isn’t enough, men, women and children of ALL ages and religious beliefs will now be subjected to their “performance”.
It’s unfortunate the ball players themselves are too pussified or tied to that almighty dollar not to speak up and / or refuse to play like some did in the NHL. But I digress.
Whether you believe in God and Jesus or not, crucifixions DID occur and were thought to be a brutal and horrible way to die, much like the Holocaust.
It should be offensive to most that this freak show is even considered “entertainment”. But to have, accept and even welcome it into a 50,000 + seat venue that is supposed to be reserved for a BASEBALL game is truly ridiculous.
Can Beastiality Night and the Tijuana Donkey act be far behind?
VERY DISAPPOINTING to see LA cave to this bullshit.
GO DODGERS!!!

Can Beastiality Night and the Tijuana Donkey act be far behind? VERY DISAPPOINTING to see LA cave to this bullshit. GO DODGERS!!! I got accused of sexual harassment for buying a woman's lunch. Seriously. I didn't ask for her number, didn't offer mine, didn't make suggestive comments, didn't leer. I just bought her lunch. All my employees stuck up for me. (Best crew ever.). Affidavits were taken. They all stuck up for me. I ran into that bitch a couple years later & she didn't even remember me. I was a speed bump to her. A way of making money. Another woman, who liked me, said don't mess with this cunt. She's trouble. I figured I wasn't messing with her. What trouble could I get into? Learned my lesson. But my managerial career ended the moment she made her accusation. I was transferred, to save the awkward situation of the cunt & I working together. It was supposedly a lateral move. I found my hours cut by ten a week. I was no longer a manager. I was mopping out freezers & cleaning grease traps. I held on to spite the regional director who saw fit to punish me for not incriminating myself. First, she illegally questioned me. Then she wanted it in writing. I have no doubt she would have thrown me under the bus to make our company look good. She never made eye contact with me again. I didn't blame the manager of the facility I was sent to. It was like he had an orphan dropped off on his doorstep, with instructions to starve me. Robert was gay. His boyfriend was the assistant manager. My first day there I saw a dozen red roses on Robert's desk. He & Pedro had fought. Pedro sent him flowers to make up. Don't think for a second the irony was lost on me. As I got to know Robert, he was almost as avid a Dodger fan as I was. He was stoked at the company picnic when I hit a homerun. He liked my trivia questions. The minutiae I knew. He was impressed with my daughter. How pretty she was. He took my side with his replacement. Craig was a drunken louse. He wrote me up for taking three days off to take my daughter to Las Vegas for her 16th birthday. That was rescinded. Asshole. I have NO problem with gay people. They're people just like us. Robert KNEW I wasn't gay. The running joke was I was the only manager in the company who wasn't gay. He took my side. I wish I could thank him. He's good people.

I, too have ZERO problem with gays. But what we’re seeing these days isn’t just their acceptance, but the force of their lifestyles and freak shows like this lest we be branded “homophobic”.
A sporting event should be just that. They shouldn’t have their own “special” night to “celebrate” a lifestyle that a good deal of people disapprove or don’t believe in.
Christianity remains one of the largest, if not the largest religious organizations in the world, despite the pedophelia of some of its highest members and priests.
Do you think for a single split second any of the big four leagues would allow a sick performance that mocked and glorified those of the Jewish faith?
How about a production featuring drag queens celebrating what a great time the Holocaust was?
Islam, Buddhism - pick a religion, any religion. Would these “Sisters” be welcomed to taunt and trivialize those beliefs?
Highly fucking unlikely. Yet Christianity is up for ridicule and the Dodgers are not only accepting it, they are PROMOTING it.
If dudes want to dress up like chicks and wear makeup and shiny sequined evening gowns to get their jolly’s, that’s fine by me.
There’s a number of television shows right now for them to display their “talents” and I can change the channel to something else.
But to welcome and promote this kind of deviance at major league sporting events where there is no remote control simply shows just how low this country has fallen.
Same goes for inviting them to flaunt their junk in front of young grade school children, for which there have been dozens, if not hundreds of videos posted of these “acts”.
Someone has to draw the line somewhere. It’ll never happen, but I’d LOVE to see Dodger Stadium with only the 1,500 or so gay fans in attendance that day.
That’s the one and only way “events” like this are going to go away. Just ask Anheiser Busch and Bud Light.
GO DODGERS!!!
