Tough to watch right now, but I will keep on rooting. Looks like the slow start year where we come back later. Hate that, but it is what it is.

I sat through that entire 14 inning game yesterday. Wilmer Font needs to be DFA'd. Should have tried to get a second inning out of Alexander. Chase Utley was the man yesterday. I do not understand the batting lineup they put on the field yesterday at all. When I saw the lineup I felt it was top heavy and then fell off too much after that (had 2 days off). I definitely didn't see Utley hitting a double off the wall and a homerun. Why didn't Grandal start against the RH pitcher Stratton? The middle of the Giants lineup is legit. Feel very frustrated to have sat through that entire game for Wilmer Font to pitch that poorly and not get an out when he got his chance. Jansen sat at 89 consistently. He hit 92 once and hit 91 a few other times. It was cold but his radar gun readings were the lowest of the night for the Dodgers bullpen. Not sure if I'm still buying the issue is mechanical.

The Dodgers suck. 2019 here we come! And why is everybody sucking at the same time? What's up with that?

2 - 6; a worse record than even the lowly Redlegs!
Time to move Puig and his .150 average out of the three spot and back down to the eight hole where he seemed significantly more comfortable as his stat line would support in 2017.
I know the entire offense is struggling, but Doc’s lineups have stayed fairly consistent these first two weeks and we’ve been shut out TWICE by the pumpkinheads, swept by the snakes, including another shutout and a game where we scored once.
Somethin’ gotta change cuz what’s doin’ now ain’t workin’!
GO DODGERS!!

Basically Yasiel is never going to be the superstar we hoped for when he first broke into the big leagues. He's a good complementary player. Nothing wrong with that. Probably a bit weak-minded. Maybe weak-willed. He does better hitting down further in the batting order. We know he wouldn't be there if Turner was playing.

He is 2 - 4 today and the last game he had a decent day at the plate was one I was shading him on before it started. Maybe I just need to come here and badmouth him before every game. I wonder if Panic is still worshipping Yasiel from the ceiling above his bed? GO DODGERS!!!
