I can confirm that the trade talks with the #Dodgers and #Brewers are for Matt Kemp and Ryan Braun as well as Dodger prospects. Right now, the deal is hung up one specific player the #Dodgers don't want to move.

The guys bio says he works for NBC LA. He says he believes the chances are high the deal gets done.

The guys bio says he works for NBC LA. He says he believes the chances are high the deal gets done. I don’t understand why the Dodgers would make this trade and take on a extra year at 17 million plus lose a young ball player, doesn’t make sense from the Dodgers side if this is true 🤔 |

Absolutely not. I want nothing to do with Braun, don't want to see him in a Dodger uniform. The back end of his contract could end up being a disaster.
I'm not sure why the Brewers would want to do this anyway. They don't need Kemp. They can hold out until they get a better trade that suits their needs.

Haven’t gotten confirmation yet on these current trade talks between the #Dodgers and #Brewers but I’ll tell you these teams were talking last month to try and make a deal for Kemp and Braun

My sources are now saying that a Kemp for Braun deal is “going down.” I haven’t received all the details yet but it appears #Dodgers and #Brewers will make this trade happen

You know - I remember thinking the same thing when Juan Marichal signed with the Dodgers in 74 for the 1975 season, especially after what he did to Johnny Roseboro 10 earlier. However, by that time, Marichal was shot and didn't last the month here, but still it was weird seeing him in a Dodger uniform irregardless... |

I think this one may be real. Really? I don't believe it for a microsecond! So many sportswriters and other start these rumors for shock value. And why do we have Toles and Verdugo at AAA? One knock against Kemp is that he's 33, and so is Braun, isn't he, or close? No way. |

I don’t like the idea of getting Braun, but I almost wish this would happen so these rumors about the Dodgers trading for him will finally go away.
