Saw it too, I kept saying for weeks that the board was not the place for the political nonsense. The Canadian and a few others just wouldn't (couldn't) stop.
It was worse on other other boards though.

If they were so concerned with off-topic discussions, they could have compartmentalized it like Ray did. Now the Cubs board was a free-for-all & they had it coming. |

We can hope he googles your names & finds us. I don't think Larry would be happy at Chucksdodgers. He's tried it before & always came back. |

Tried several times to get an activation key via e-mail in the last couple days. Pushed the resent button at least 10 times but no e-mail yet. It just wont work for me obviously.
Anything else I could do ?

Somebody else had the same problem then got the e-mail a couple hours later, if not let El Pinguino know, he can fix it. P.S. dodgerram, I just checked the member index and it shows you are registered under the name dodgerram without the 1. It shows you registered 2 days ago under dodgerram. Go to the top of this page and click on the navigation drop down menu, then click on members, you will see your name in the list under dodgerram. |

They used to compartmentalize it, but I think it was an invitation to talk about off-topic things more. I actually think the boards got much better over the last decade in terms of discussing non-baseball topics. |
