Un-Presidential

Is that anything new?  No, that's politics 101 and has been for milleniums.  Left and right alike, they all lie to our faces, and when you stop and analyze what they say, you realize it's pretty condesecending. 

Harris is promising to wave her magic wand and cut middle class income taxes, cut prices and cause deflation and, ad infinitum ad nauseum, lie about billionaires not paying their fair share of income taxes.  They do pay their fair share and then some.  

Trump is no better.  He boasts that everything he touches turns to gold, like "the best economy is USA history",  "the most secure border",  and "peace in the Middle East", and on and on.  

Those stupid TV ads will always be a fact of life and they that put them on know we are sick to death of them, but they present their best and their opponents' worst.  

I don't see how some people can stand it all, from boasting to mud slinging to outright slander and dividing people, but some people love it

This election is so close that we may not know the winner of the prez election, nor the House and Senate for several days if not weeks, as per 60 Minutes.  

It is troubling that all three branches will have a Republican majority.

In the entire history of this country, one party rule has never worked and very little has gotten done under those circumstances.

It’s surprising to me that Harris kept the race as close as she did.

As much hate as there was / is for Trump, there simply was NOTHING likable about Kamala.

Her inability to even address the simplest of questions, her complete lack of any platform and flip flopping on issues were certainly not something that would sway voters on the fence.

And that cackle. I cannot even begin to imagine four years of that.

The next four years should be interesting, to say the least.

I wonder what the over / under is on the next assassination attempt?

THere's the press again for you:  hyping up the election to really mislead us all, for ratings, no doubt.  2 years ago, in the Arizona governor's race, the press told us every day that Kari Lake was leading Katie Hobbs right up till election day, and then presto!  Hobbs won!  The press flat out lied to us.  

This morning on the  news, there were 2 restaurants in North Carolina and Pennsylvania, full of  Trump supporters who  were so ecstatic.  
The reporter asked what was the main factor in voting for Trump, and as is always, the economy, stupid.  But others said they don't want those electric cars forced down our throats with all the problems they have, and others said the trans issue and the stupidity of allowing boys to play on girls' sports teams  and in girls' locker rooms and showers.  

If the dems ever want to be respected again, they better learn how to say NO to such stupid issues.  Trans has absolute ZERO logic to it.  What would Max Klinger think?  And they must stop trying to fix everyone's problems with beaurocracy and red tape, taking on all the responsibliity.  In other words, say something totally un-PC:  tell people they have certain problems COS THEY'RE STUPID, SELFISH AND IRRESPONIBLE!  

All the minority groups, including blacks, hispanics, women and even the youngest voters, went GOP more than in any election in recent memory.  Even in sapphire blue California, Harris won 57% of the vote, but Biden won I think 66% 4 years ago.  And there are similar stories in other blue states.

248 years after our inception & still no woman president. Alleged leaders of the free world don't think a woman can do the job. Britain had a female Prime Minister. India. Not America. We won't even allow women bodily autonomy. We could get vasectomies. But - NO! It's the whore's fault.

Biden had to pander to "progressives" the same way Trump has to put up with the "Freedom Caucus." Fringe lunatics. "Woke" agenda is the same as the nutty crap MTG promotes. Jewish laser beams from outer space. Gazpacho. Peach tree dishes. But I think it proved Kamala's undoing. Babies being murdered at 10 months. It's okay when a nutjob opens fire in a 3rd grade classroom. 2nd Amendment. It's the people. Not the guns. We need more good guys with guns. 6 million. 8 million. 10 million. 21 million illegal aliens are in this country. They're all murderers & rapists. Why should we support Ukraine when Americans need help right here? Socialist libs are always talking about free handouts. Help with working American families is socialism. Corporate tax breaks are just good business. Even when they outsource jobs overseas. Elon Musk has a plant in China. He gets U.S. government subsidies. Even though we all know Trump will turn his back on Ukraine, there are approximately 300,000 white Ukrainian refugees in America right now. Are they eating dogs & cats? Trump ignored aid to Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria for THREE YEARS. He asked if we could trade it for Greenland. Nuke a hurricane. Nuke Mexico. Tactical strikes against the cartels. Can we use disinfectants intravenously? Trump has an uncle who's a scientist. People are constantly amazed at Don's natural aptitude for science. He redrew the course of a storm with a Sharpie. He told Californians we need to rake more often. His own staff had to point out how many Republicans live here. You loot, we shoot. You're all very special people. You have to vote in person. You did? The machines were flipping ballots. The pandemic is a hoax. It's no worse than the flu. It'll be gone by Easter. I'm spending billions of dollars on a miracle vaccine for a fake pandemic. The FDA is holding it up until after the election.

I could go on & on. Just so tired. We elected a gameshow host. He's doing what gameshow hosts do. Pitting us against each other. And I don't think he gives up power voluntarily. He didn't the last time.
