The last two pitches were 92 & 91 mph. Jansen gets his first save. He deserved it, good pitching

Yeah, that was the down part, Kersh could easily have two wins under his hat - instead of a two losses, and one No Decision.

Velocity has looked a little better, but command still not quite there. Hopefully he gets himself together soon, because the Dodgers are going to need him close out games effectively.

It was pretty cold when he pitched yesterday.

Finally, a win. Hopefully they get a good days rest tomorrow and pick up some momentum against the A's, before the big series against the DBags.

Hallelujah! The fellas are taking better at bats and Kenley is coming around. Kersh is pitching even when he doesn't have his best stuff.

Watching A Gon hit the grand slam tonight.....he would be our team leader in RBIs with one swing.

Watching A Gon hit the grand slam tonight.....he would be our team leader in RBIs with one swing. So annoying that he did that for the Mets. It's unbearable here with the phony fans, they're all "die-hards" until they start losing. then they give up and don't watch. Same crap every year.

Honestly, Dog, I don't for the life of me know why that bothers you so much. Not every fan reacts the same to circumstances but I really don't care how others do it knowing that we all want the same thing in the end. I just don't see any reason to always react to people who look at things more negatively or positively than I do.....to each his own though.

Watching A Gon hit the grand slam tonight.....he would be our team leader in RBIs with one swing. Just Agon being Agon.. AB H BA HR RBI OBP SLG OPS OPS+ SO% Agon 23 6 .261 1 5 .370 .435 .805 126 22.2% Cody 33 9 .273 1 3 .314 .394 .708 96 20.0% Looks like "Mr. Dependable" is delivering for the Mets... Big shoes to fill for Cody.... But I'm sure he's up to the task...
