I saw yesterday where Turner said his wrist was still too sore to swing a bat. Whatever you do, JT, do NOT try to come back too soon! Let that sucker heal so you can finish the season uninterrupted by recurring wrist problems!

Justin Turner has not progressed to swinging a bat yet

Justin Turner is progressing in his rehab but has not yet begun swinging a bat, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said on Tuesday. (Andy McCullough on Twitter )
It had been reported over the weekend that Turner had begun catching soft tosses in his rehab from a broken left wrist, but he is not yet ready to begin taking swings. Swinging a bat is going to be one of the final hurdles for Turner, so consider him at least a few weeks away from returning until he can begin stepping into the box against live pitching.
