Cool. Will be fun to watch Hopefully Muncy makes a quick recovery. The timing of his injury worked out for Lux though.

@jorgecastillo
Dave Roberts said Gavin Lux will make his major-league debut tomorrow at Dodger Stadium. He’ll start and play 2nd base.

It's a long shot but I wouldn't mind him blowing up and taking Kike's spot for post- season.

Looking forward to this, some actually believed that he was going to be a spectator in September.
That wasn’t happening, no chance unless he got hurt.

Silly DDF, why would he say that. He didn’t say that. You just thought he did. @billplunkettocr #Dodgers Dave Roberts said Gavin Lux has "earned" the opportunity to be with the team "in some capacity" during September. That could be active or in a ride-along scenario like Will Smith last year -- traveling with the team, working out but not on active roster.
Aug 10, 2019 @kengurnick Roberts said Gavin Lux is on the radar for a call-up, but undecided whether it will be before or after Sept. 1, or even whether he will be active or “apprenticing,” as Will Smith did last September when he was with the club but not active.Aug 10, 2019
