Scott Alexander was optioned to AAA to make room for Verdugo.... Alexander needs to go down to get things worked out. He has been terrible so far. Puig hasn't been hitting so Verdugo in the lineup in his place tonight doesn't hurt. Don't disagree.. we will will see if that's what this is though....is he going down for a day and then coming back up when Puig or Kemp end up on DL? he likely can't pitch tonight anyway... |
